The set has been perfect for game nights. Beautiful tiles and perfect size. Sturdy and resilient. All point counters, chips, and round marker. Has red fives and season tiles as well. Absolutely recommend!
Big high quality tiles. The sticks are a bit small and imprecise in their holes/markings. Overall fantastic purchase, while I say large tiles, the size is the same as the AMOS automatic table sizes.
I ordered my white 30mm tile set last week and in a day or two it was delivered. Impressive as Lord Vader would say. For the price and being lower than the smaller 25 or 26mm tile set. This a better bargain. AMOS Max tile set you will be paying $100+ and the tiles are 28mm. I took a photo comparing the 25, 28, and 30mm tiles. The 25 is from a YMI Black set. The 28 is from an auto table tile set. The 30 is from my new YMI set. The only thing I didn't care about the set. Is one of the White Dragon tiles has a hole but no jewel. Kinda pointless to create this hole without a jewel like the red 5 dots. I would have rather have the hole not be there or filled in with a jewel. I guess a trip to Michael's or Hobby Lobby is in order. The case color I would have preferred to have been red. White is going to be a challenge to keep clean. Other than the White Dragon tile and case color. This is an awesome set to play with. It handles really well. As follows in the photo. 25mm tile on the left 28mm tile in the center 30mm tile on the right. This 30mm set is now my go to set for playing Riichi Mahjong. I wish i could give half stars because it deserves 4 1/2 stars for me. Just the two minor things I would prefer different. It knocked it down a half star for me. However I can only give it a 4 star review. Highly recommend this set to any Riichi player looking for a set.
