The case is really amazing! I was looking for this particular style and works wonderfully. However, the inside slots, I would have prefered the velvet, instead of the iron on ones. When the game arrived I opened it up and four of the slots were raised and curling on ends. It is a beautiful game board and I would suggest buying it if your looking for a good case. My husband is thoroughly enjoying playing against his brother, with his new backgammon board! :)

Great set, but I have to agree with both earlier reviewers, I had to glue down one of the white strips, and the checkers are WAY to small for the board. A board of this size should have at least 35mm - 1 3/8" checkers, not the 1" that are provided. For the price though, not a bad board at all!

I got this Backgammon set so we could have a portable set to take out with us. I was very pleased with the quality. The case and board are really nice and the pieces make a nice sound when they hit the board! My family loves it!

Pieces seem too small for the board, way too small. The board is very nice and quiet, but the pieces rattle in case when moving the board when closed because they are too small. One of the white stripes was peeling off when received, not badly, nothing that just a little glue can fix.
