Please read our return policy. To return your item for a refund or to exchange it for another item, please fill out the form on the back of the packing slip that came with your order, package it in the original packaging as best as possible, and mail back to:

I Received My Order Damaged

Again, our apologies and we'll make sure that you either get a new set or a refund. First, please briefly describe the damage and, if possible, attach a quick digital picture of the damage (small file size please!) In most cases, if we have a picture we can issue a replacement or refund right away and there is no need to send the set back to us. Invariably when an item is received damaged it's either factory defect or damage during shipping. A picture helps us communicate the error to the factory or shipping company while we are expediting your replacement or refund.

I believe that the item I received is different from the one advertised online.

Let us know if you received a completely different set from the one you ordered, or if there is a difference in color, measurement, or material from the one advertised online. We do our honest best to make sure that the description and pictures are 100% accurate, but it's possible that we might have made a mistake.
