What is your return policy?
At Yellow Mountain Imports, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you find our merchandise defective in any way, or if you're disappointed with the quality or fit, return it within 30 days in the condition in which it was received for a refund.

Return Guidelines
  • Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • All items must be unused or in like-new condition.
  • Any pieces shrink wrapped must be returned sealed and unopened. If playing pieces are out of their shrink wrap, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted at our discretion.
  • Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund. Once product condition is determined we will issue a refund.
  • Items damaged in transit that were shipped with an uninsured method cannot be refunded.

  • Please note: shipping charges on non-defective returns are not refundable.

Please contact us via the Contact Us page with your name, email, order number and reason for return and we will reply to you within one business day on how to proceeed.

For your security, when sending your return on your own, we strongly advise that you insure and track your package. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

When and how can I expect my refund?
Once we receive your item, you can expect a refund within 1-2 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
