What is your return and exchange policy?
At Yellow Mountain Imports, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you find our merchandise defective in any way, or if you’re disappointed with the quality or fit, return it within 30 days in the condition in which it was received, for refund or exchange.

Return Guidelines

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date.
All items must be unused or in like-new condition.
Any pieces shrink wrapped must be sealed and unopened.
Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or exchange. Once product condition is determined, we will issue a refund or exchange the product.
Items damaged in transit that were shipped with an uninsured method cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please note: shipping charges on non-defective returns are not refundable.

Please contact us via the Contact Us page with your name, email, order number and reason for return or exchange and we will reply to you within one business day on how to proceeed.

For your security, when sending your return on your own, we strongly advise that you insure and track your package. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

When and how can I expect my refund?
Once we receive your item, you can expect a refund within 1-2 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
