How much is shipping?
To get a shipping cost for your item, click the "add to cart" button and then click "checkout now." Your shipping cost will be calculated based on where you are shipping to. Shipping is free in the lower Continental 48 States for order over $125.
How much is sales tax?
California residents are charged 9.75% sales tax, regardless of county. According to California state law, we are required to charge sales tax on the total order, including shipping and handling. Orders shipped outside of California are not charged sales tax.

We proudly ship to all global destinations.
Can you declare my purchase as a "Gift" or reduce the value on the customs form?
We are required by federal law to mark your order as merchandise declare the price you paid as the value.
Do I have to pay import duties, taxes and brokerage fees?
Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes. We will, however, only charge you for the purchase price, shipping and handling for your order. Any additional charges incurred when receiving your package must be paid for by you.
Can I pick up my items in person?
Yellow Mountain Imports is a mail order business and we do not have a store or showroom. However, we do offer customers the option of picking up an order purchased online to reduce shipping costs. To arrange for pickup, please place your order online and select "Local Pickup" as your shipping option. Warehouse hours by appointment only - we do not guarantee that the warehouse will be open if you come by without making an appointment first!
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time of your order payment. Business days are Monday through Friday not including holidays.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a "Shipping Notification" email once your order is shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which can be used to track your package. You can also track your package online by going to the "Customer Service" menu and selecting "Order Status / History".
