My set is gorgeous but there are no dice (as is shown in photo). Had to purchase dice elsewhere.

I received this set as a gift and have played with them maybe a dozen times. A whole bunch of the tiles have scratched. They are extremely pretty and people comment on that, but the scratching is terrible and i am afraid will just continue to get worse over time. Can someone from the company please contact me?
