Received a set that wouldn’t close (wood was warped). I offered to ship back the set in exchange for a set that would close. They offered a 30% refund then stopped responding. Too expensive for the company not to stand by their product.

Very pretty backgammon set but the dice just skid across the surface instead of tumbling and they make a lot of noise. A handle to carry the set would be helpful. Wish I could return the set.

It arrived on time and everything looked good. Just wish the pieces were heavier and darker in finishes.
BTW, a true backgsmme player, prefers a smaller dice.
I’m very happy with the set that I purchased. Beautifully crafted at a good price. Received it within the time frame quoted. The only issue was that it rattled because the pieces were loose inside the game. I first thought something was broken. Maybe seal them in plastic or tape them down. Good job
