I am very satisfied with my set and the whole experience. Shipping was expedient.
The set is of good quality. I got wood racks . The case is nice quality and easy to manipulate. My one small complaint is that I have the ivory tiles and on the website they look like a creamy white. In reality, there is yellow tinge. I still prefer to white tiles but I liked the color on the website much better.

Nice tiles that feel weighty in your hands. Racks are well sanded pine and the bags are well made, I am enjoying playing with it.
