We got this for my 14 year old son who plays at school in a Mahjong club. He loves the set. It is 100% going to be a family heirloom. It is very rare in today's age to find something of such high craftsmanship. The glass backs are stunning. The paint on all of the pieces is flawless and the pictures symbols are beautiful. Carrying case (cloth) is also well crafted. Shipping was extremely prompt -- we were a little late in ordering for Christmas but it got here in plenty of time and with delivery updates.
I am new to mahjong but have quickly fallen in love with it. I searched several places for a set and YMI was recommended by my mahjong instructors.
