Someone Gave me a set of your mahjong Chinoise tiles, very pretty, actually the entire set with case and racks. After playing with it about a dozen times I found a that about 10 tiles became foggy. I thought maybe they were dirty or had glue on them so i tried to clean and they did not improve. I was just about to order another set from you for my daughter’s birthday: and see that people are writing in the same comments about the tiles either fogging or being scratched. As i play with the set more it gets worse. Please replace all my tiles.

i tried to cancel order, no button, and no customer service number. by the time they replied to my email, it had shipped, and i had to pay to return an item i wanted to cancel in the first place

Received this set as a Christmas gift and love it, however some of the tiles have started to become cloudy. I always put them back in the case. Really disappointed especially after I saw what they cost.

This set arrived on a timely basis and is simply lovely. The colors, the tile quality… all exceeded expectations. The racks and pushers were hinged and the numbers on the tiles are a nice size and easy to read~
The bag is very sturdy and a soft leather material. Highly pleased with my set!

Very pretty set, but after a few months some of the tiles became cloudy. Given the price it is very disappointin.. The case is fine if you don’t mind taking the time to perfectly lay the tiles in the pouch rather than put them in a sack. There is no room for a mat.
