I ordered a set of American Mahjong tiles and some clear racks with pushers as I get started with this game. Unfortunately both products had some issues requiring return and exchange, but the customer service group went above and beyond to help fix the issues. This kind of customer attention is almost unheard of these days and instead of becoming irritated and shopping elsewhere, I will come back to this shop for my future gaming needs. Thank you!
Very disappointed in these racks. They’re advertised as clear, however they appear very cloudy, almost as if there is a film on them. Additionally, the pushers do not push easily nor do they close easily. Perhaps they’ll loosen up over time. I was going to return them, however I don’t want to incur the cost of shipping them back.
