This is such a beautiful set!!! I spent a lot of time researching what set to buy as beginner and landed with this set, specifically for the extra large size of the tiles. It was not easy finding such large tiles, and the sea foam green color is gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier! Easy purchase, shipment, and delivery. Not single issue or complaint from this customer!
The package was lost and while customer service did respond to my initial email, it has been weeks since I submitted my refund request and I still haven’t received any refund or response from them. It was a beautiful set but the were no numbers on the Chinese character tiles, a fact that wasn't noted until we received the package. Return process is in progress but has been amenable.
