Ordered a “little” bird mahjong set for Mother’s Day about 6 days before and upon reading “5 to 7” days. Ordered on the May 04 and on May 6th it stated that it was shipped. My problem is that on May 17th it is still in Las Vegas and NO ONE from Yellow Mountain wants to talk to me. I own a multi million dollar business and know what good customers service could mean but I guess Yellow Mountain has yet to figure that out.

The tiles are beautiful and very well made. The box is made from laminated wood, not solid wood. Also once the racks and pushers are assembled they do not fit back in the box. Very disappointed in that. I see now mentioned in one other review that I missed. I will probably swap out to a cloth storage system. The tiles are so beautiful it is worth it, but added expense.
I got this gift for my mom, she was over the moon when she opened it. She couldn’t believe how beautiful the tiles were and how high quality the set was

these tiles are lovely but the pushers need to be taken apart to be fit back in the box. Also the tile boxes fit too tightly in the box.
